1. Heard Mr. N. Ahmed, learned counsel for the applicant. Also heard Mr. H. A. Ahmed, learned counsel for the respondent.
2. This interlocutory application has been filed for modifying the order dated 06.11.2025, passed by this Court in Criminal Revision Petition No. 46/2025, whereby the stay granted upon the execution of the order impugned
Page No.# 2/2 in the connected Criminal Revision Petition No. 46/2025 was vacated as the applicant has failed to pay the interim maintenance amount of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand) to the respondent in terms of the directions of this court.
3. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that later on, the applicant has paid the arrear maintenance amount to the respondent. However, the learned counsel for the respondent submits that in the meanwhile, the records of the trial court have already been received and the applicant has yet to deposit the arrear amount of Rs.30,000/- to the respondent.
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent and after going through the records, this court is reluctant to make any modification of the order dated 06.11.2025. More so, as the trial court record has already been received and the connected criminal revision petition is ready for hearing, this interlocutory application is, therefore, dismissed.
