Considering such limited prayer of the Petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with a direction to the sole-Opposite Party to permit the Petitioner to operate his bank account keeping lien over an amount of Rs.30,000/-in the account, till further instructions received from the police authority.
