Ms. S.V.Indira, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenu has been released and he is no longer in detention. She submits that the petition has been rendered infructuous and the petition be dismissed as infructuous.

3. Recording the aforesaid, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
