JUSTICE S.R.KRISHNA KUMAR ORAL ORDER In this petition, the petitioner has sought for the following reliefs: “ a) Issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent No.3 to process the application of the petitioner dated 10.10.2025 vide Annexure-C and appoint the petitioner on compassionate grounds to the vacancy available. b) Issue writ, order of direction in the nature which this Hon'ble Court may deem necessary in the circumstances of the case, in the interest of justice and equity." 2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGA for respondent No.1 and Sri Raghunandan K.S., learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and perused the material on record. 3. It is the grievance of the petitioner that her application dated 10.10.2025 vide Annexure-C submitted to the respondents has not been considered so far by respondents nor any order has been passed on the same. Under these circumstances, the petitioner is before this Court by way of present petition. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22571 WP No. 37507 of 2025 4. Per contra, learned counsel for the respondents submits that if reasonable time is given, the respondents would consider and pass necessary order on the said application. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances and rival submissions, the concerned respondents are hereby directed to address the grievances of the petitioner and consider her application dated 10.10.2025 at Annexure-C and pass appropriate order / take appropriate decision in accordance with law, without reference to or insisting for production of the documents enumerated at Clause No.6/condition No.6 of the communication dated 22.05.2025, at Annexure-D, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.
