This Court, vide order dated 29.07.2024 passed in MCRC No. 4598 of 2024, while rejecting the bail of the applicant, namely, Suraj Pandey, had expressed its trust that the trial Court would make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of that order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. Earlier on four occasions also this Court had granted extension of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 time for compliance of the order dated 29.07.2024. 4. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, (FTC), Bilaspur District- Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 24.03.2026 has requested for grant of one month time for concluding the trial. 5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that the undersigned has been transferred to Sarangarh as District and Additional Sessions Judge vide Order No. 235/Confl/2026 dated 18.03.2026 and a new Presiding Officer has already been posted in his place. In view of the said transfer, it is not legally appropriate nor in consonance with the settled judicial practice for the undersigned to proceed further in the matter and to pronounce the judgment. It is further revealed that, considering the stage of the trial and the remaining evidence yet to be completed, a period of one month has been sought as reasonable and sufficient time for completion of the remaining evidence and for pronouncement of judgment. 6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of one month from the date of receipt of a certified copy this order. 7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 8.
