The complainant had filed the present complaint alleging willful disobedience of the order dated 10.09.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ Petition No.30732/2024 (S-RES). The operative part of the said order reads as under: "7. In view of the above, the following order is passed: (i) The writ petition stands disposed of. (ii) The impugned order vide Annexure-A dated 13.08.2024 is quashed. (iii) The respondent is directed to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner at Annexure-P series, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, not later than three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:22545-DB CCC No. 1518 of 2025 (iv) It is made clear that, if the law permits, the respondent is at liberty to initiate the departmental enquiry, in accordance with law." 3. The accused has filed an affidavit of compliance affirming that pursuant to the orders passed by the learned Single Judge, the complainant's representation was considered and an order dated 30.10.2025 was passed. It is stated that his retirement benefits have been released to the extent of `19,76,501/-. The learned counsel appearing for the accused states that a fresh departmental inquiry has also been initiated. 4. The complainant has sought to challenge the same in a separate proceedings. 5.
