Samsul Alom, who have filed this application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 with prayer for pre-arrest bail as they are apprehending arrest in connection with Hajo Police Station Case No. 519/2025, under Sections 125(b)/303(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, R/W Section 125 of the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, corresponding to GR No. 642/2025. 2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are on interim bail vide order dated 22.01.2026. It is submitted that they have not been involved in smuggling cattle, being driver and handyman of the vehicle seized in connection with this case bearing registration No. AS-01- NC-9429. It is submitted that the cattle was handed in zimma to the owner of the cattle. 3. Heard learned Additional Public Prosecutor Ms. S.H. Bora, who has submitted that she has not received instructions if charge sheet has been submitted. 4. After considering the submissions at the bar, the petitioners are directed to appear before the learned Trial Court within 15 (Fifteen) days and apply for bail, which may be considered by the learned Trial Court in accordance with law.
