ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioner seeks the following reliefs:
“i) Call for the records of the case O.S.No.7678/2025 on the file of the Hon’ble XXII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-07), Bangalore and be pleased to set aside the ad-interim exparte order of Temporary Injunction dated 13.11.2025 (Annexure-A) passed on the I.A.No.1 filed under Order 39 R-1 & R-2 of CPC (Annexure-J) in O.S.No.7678/2025 on the file of the Hon’ble XXII Addl. City Civil and Sessions Judge (CCH-07), Bangalore.
ii) Direct the respondent to pay the costs of this petition and grant such other and further reliefs as are just.”
2. After arguing the matter for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petition may be disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of I.A.No.1 for temporary injunction filed by the respondent – plaintiff within a period of one month from 17.02.2026, reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner to file objections / written statement, if not already filed as on today, before the Trial Court in the suit in O.S.No.7678/2025, which stands posted on 17.02.2026.

3. The said submission is placed on record.
4. Accordingly, the Trial Court, before whom of I.A.No.1 filed in O.S.No.7678/2025 is pending, is directed to dispose of the said application, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of one month from 17.02.2026 reserving liberty in favour of the petitioner-defendant to file objections / written statement to I.A.No.1, if not already filed as on today.
5. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Trial Court for expeditious disposal of the application.
6. All rival contentions on all aspects of the matter are kept/left open and no opinion is expressed on merits/demerits of the rival contentions.
7. Subject to the aforesaid directions, the petition stands
disposed of.
