Case No.31 of 2008, corresponding to G.R. Case No.386 of 2008 (A), relating to S.T. Case No.70A/2014, for offences under Sections 399, 402 IPC and Sections 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of the Arms Act. The case is presently pending before the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Latehar. 2. Heard learned counsel representing the petitioner and learned A.P.P. representing the State. Perused the material available on record and also gone through the impugned order. 3. Opportunity was given to the State to oppose the bail which the State availed and opposed. 4. The incident is of the year 2008 and the petitioner was absconding, as it is apparent from the order sheet itself that the petitioner was declared absconder. Then only the charge-sheet was filed. Considering the fact that the petitioner is an absconder for a pretty long period of time, which prevented the trial to proceed and since there is antecedent, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail. 6.
