In view of no objection made by learned counsel for the non-applicant, the application, under consideration is allowed and an amount of Rs. 44,000/- deposited before the Registry of this Court, is ordered to be released in favour of respondent Jeet Ram Mandaik and the same be remitted to his saving bank account, particulars of which, have been mentioned in para-5 of the application.
