Order, or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, by declaring the action of the respondents no.2 to 4 in objecting the petitioner from rendering his duties from the last week of October, 2025 by more particularly by the 3rd respondent bank branch manager and further action of the Respondent No.2 to 4 officials in preventing the petitioner to be in service upto age of 62 years, even after 4th Respondent passing resolution dated 28.03.2024 thereby increasing the age of retirement of petitioner from 60 to 62 years as bad, illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and contrary to the principles of natural justice, violative of Fundamental Rights guaranteed under Article 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and contrary to the provisions of the Andhra Pradesh Cooperative Societies Act, 1964 and Rules made therein, consequently direct the respondents to continue the service of the petitioner till he attains the age of 62 years and pass such IA NO: 1 OF 2025 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased may be pleased to direct the respondents to continue the services of the petitioner till he attains the age of 62 years in 4th Respondent society and consequentially direct the respondents to pay salaries to the petitioner, pending disposal of the above Writ Petition and pass such Counsel for the Petitioner:

Learned counsel for the Petitioner has filed a letter, dated 20.07.2026 seeking permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a request to grant liberty to the Writ Petitioner to file a fresh Writ Petition.
2. Permission is accorded.
3. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting liberty to the Petitioner to file Writ Petition afresh.
