By the said order, the writ petition has been disposed of directing the respondent-MCD to inspect the subject properties and take action in accordance with law. 2. Pursuant to the said order, a show cause notice dated 30th March, 2026, has been issued for unauthorised construction in the subject properties bearing Nos.6198, 6198-A and 6198-B situated at Fatehpuri, Chandni Chowk, Delhi-110006.
