J.) 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. The present writ petition has been filed ostensibly in public interest seeking a writ of mandamus directing respondent no.3 to remove illegal encroachments from Khata No.00267 Khasra No.318 situated at Village Kasampur, Tehsil and District Haridwar, being a public utility land recorded as Johar in the revenue records. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, admits that the alleged illegal encroachments have already been removed. 4. On the other hand, learned State Counsel, on the basis of instructions received from the Revenue Authorities, submits that in an inspection conducted on 26.03.2026 by the Revenue Authorities the said land was 1 2026:UHC:4471-DB duly demarcated and no illegal encroachment was found over the same. 5. In view of the aforesaid, no further direction is required to be issued in the instant petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. 6.
