By these interim applications, the applicants are seeking amendment of the petitions in terms of the draft amendments annexed to the respective interim applications. 2. Having perused the averments in the interim applications and considering the fact that the petitions are at the stage of admission, we are inclined to allow the applications. Accordingly, the interim applications are allowed. 3. The petitioners are permitted to amend the petitions in terms of the draft amendments. The amendments be carried out within one week from today. A copy of the amended petitions be served on the respondents. 4. Reply affidavits to the amended petitions be placed on record within two weeks from today.
