2. Earlier, this Court dismissed the petitioner’s bail petition on 12.12.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.33984 of 2025 on the following reasons:
“ 5. Considering the facts and averments made in the FIR, I am of the view that the 1st petitioner caused severe injuries to the defacto complainant, who had just delivered a baby and was also abused her with dire consequences, resulting in the issuance of a legal notice between the parties. Hence, this Criminal Original is dismissed in so far as 1st petitioner is concerned. …... ”.
3. Now, the present petition has been filed without any change in circumstances after the dismissal of the petitioner’s earlier bail petition. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, I am not inclined to reconsider the earlier order.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 12.01.2026 Vv 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
