We have been informed that the parties have settled their dispute amicably and accordingly, the appellant has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.15,35,000/-. 3. Learned counsel for the appellant has handed over a cheque for an amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- bearing no.001531 drawn on HDFC Bank. Let a photocopy of this cheque be taken on record. 4. It has further been stated by learned counsel representing the respondent no.1 that a sum of Rs.2,00,000/- was deposited before the Registry in terms of the order dated 24.12.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge and therefore, the respondent no.1 be permitted to withdraw the said amount.
