Thereafter, the matter has been listed for hearing today. 3. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed off, leaving it open for the respondents to take appropriate steps in accordance with law. If any action has already been initiated prior to the passing of this order, the same shall be governed by law. There shall be no order as to costs.
