CORAM : HON'BLE MRS. JUSTICE ANUBHA RAWAT CHOUDHARY
For the Petitioner : Mr. Ashish Kumar Thakur, Advocate
For the Opp. Party : Mr. Manoj Kr. Mishra, A.P.P.
--- 03/18.04.2026
Heard the learned counsels appearing on behalf of the parties.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 11.10.2025 in connection with Jirwabari P.S. Case No. 192 of 2025, registered under Sections 319(2), 318(4), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 61(2) of B.N.S, 2023 and under Sections 66(c) and 66(d) of Information and Technology Act, now pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sahibganj.
3.
Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case merely because he was found in the shop of the co-accused, namely, Monu Kumar Chaudhary and it is alleged that fake Aadhaar cards were being generated in the said shop.
4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and has referred to paragraph no. 18 of the Case diary and has submitted that the entire modus operandi was being operated by the petitioner and the shop of Monu Kumar Chaudhary was not even a shop allocated for purposes of creation of Aadhaar card.
5. After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the serious nature of allegation against the petitioner and the materials collected to link the petitioner with the alleged offence , this Court is not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail and hence, this bail application is rejected.
6. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the learned court concerned through “FAX/email”.
