HON’BLE SRI JUSTICE NYAPATHY VIJAY WRIT PETITION No.10581 of 2026 ORDER:

The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent No.4 in directing Respondent No.6 to retire the Petitioner on 30.06.2026 on attaining the age of 60 years and to declare the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2. At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that the Petitioner died and requested to close the Writ Petition. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as abated. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
