The present appeal has been filed by the appellant with the following prayer: "It is, therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this writ appeal and set aside the order dated 13.2.2026 passed by Hon'ble Single Judge in WPC No.630/2026, parties being Prabhakar Tiwari & ors vs State of CG & ors, being in violation of principles of natural justice enshrined 3 in maxim audi alteram partem and also in violation of appellant's fundamental, constitutional and statutory rights and in the facts and circumstances of the case." 3. Learned counsel for the appellant would submit that in view of the order passed by learned Single Judge, final order has been passed by the Collector, Dist- Janjgir Champa, on 25.03.2026. learned counsel for the appellant would submit that before passing of that order, the appellant was not heard before the writ Court, though he was a party in the present matter. 4. In such a situation, as the matter has already been disposed of by the Collector, Janjgir-Champa after passing the order of learned Single Judge of this Court, we don’t deem it proper to entertain the present appeal as the order has been executed. 5. In view of the above, the present writ appeal is dismissed. The appellant is at liberty to take recourse to law, if aggrieved of the order of the Collector, Janjgir- Champa.
