ORDER:
1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the action of Respondent Nos.4 and 5 in failing to release the provident fund amount of the Petitioner (Rs.47,06,616/-) and earned leave encashment amount (Rs.13,15,856/-) and Rs.5,44,574/- (total Rs.18,60,430/-), as illegal and arbitrary.
2. The Petitioner had worked in Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Department and had retired from her service as Mandal Parishad Development Officer (M.P.D.O) on 31.12.2025. However, despite the Petitioner having submitted all the requisite documents, the above mentioned retirement benefits were not released. Consequently, the Petitioner was constrained to file the present Writ Petition.
3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader passed on written instructions, dated 18.07.2026 of Chief Executive Officer, Zilla Praja Parishad, West Godavari district, where-under, it was submitted that the Respondent No.5 had sanctioned an amount of Rs.47,06,616/-

towards the final payment of ZPPF, inclusive of the eligible rate of interest admissible up to the date of retirement vide proceedings, dated 23.04.2026 and pursuant thereto, the corresponding bill bearing CFMS Bill No.2026-3827854 was uploaded in the CFMS and is presently awaiting for fund clearance. As regards, the earned leave encashment bills for an amount of Rs.18,60,430/-, it was submitted that the bills were uploaded in the CFMS portal and were presently awaiting for fund clearance.
4. Heard the counsels.
5. As there is no dispute with regard to the amounts claimed by the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:-
(i) The Respondent-Authorities are directed to disburse the provident fund amount and earned leave encashment amount to the Petitioner within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. No order as to costs.

7. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed. Written instructions are placed on record.
