By them, the applications for issuance of caste certificates stood rejected. Reason given in former rejection is reproduced below. "Attach latest copy of parivaar register सौम्यािमश्रा Lekhpal." On query Mr. Ojha submits, the matter of his clients' names to be entered in the parivaar register is subject matter of challenge in appeal preferred by them. It is pending. 2. Petitioners may apply afresh for issuance of caste certificates upon disposal of their revision/appeal in respect of the parivaar register. 3. On above direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
