Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner that an earlier bail petition was rejected on 17.12.2025. The learned Addl. P.P. submits that it has been informed that investigation stands completed and has resulted in a final form by way of a final report/closure report. In view of the aforesaid development, apprehension of arrest becomes baseless and therefore, the instant bail application is disposed of, as no longer maintainable. The report may be kept in the case record and marked as document ‘X’. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
