This is an application under Section 528 of the BNSS, 2023 in respect of the order Page No.# 2/2 dated 09.10.2025 and 21.02.2026 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati, Assam in N.I. Case No.5675/2023. 3. Mr. Ahmed submits that the petitioner did not receive any notice from the court below and the trial court issued Non-Bailable Warrant of Arrest against him. Ahmed has further submitted that the petitioner is interested in facing the trial and therefore, he should be given adequate opportunities to that effect. 4. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsel Mr. Ahmed. 5. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel Mr. Ahmed, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner is interested in facing the trial, he deserves to be given adequate opportunities to that effect. 6. Therefore, all orders directing issue of NWBA against the present petitioner are set aside. 9. It is hereby directed that the petitioner, namely, Mr.Zeliezhu is directed to appear before the trial court within next 15 (f9fteen) days from today in respect of N.I. Case No.5675/2023. On his appearance, the petitioner Mr.Zeliezhu shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Kamrup (Metro), Guwahati.
