When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the first respondent Police submitted that the investigation in this case is under progress and the respondent Police will be able to complete the investigation and file the final report within a period of six months. 3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Court directs the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file the final report in Crime No.1 of 2024 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.
