He further requested that a direction may be issued to the first respondent to complete the investigation at the earliest and file a final report. 2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
