The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Khelari P.S. Case No.09/2026, registered for the offence under Sections 25(9) and 27 of Arms Act, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ranchi. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the allegations are made that on 28.01.2026, firing was made, however, the FIR has been lodged on 01.02.2026. He further submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 2 of the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner, which has been tendered to the Court today. He also submits that while they were celebrating new year, the said firing was made. 4. The said supplementary affidavit is taken on record. 5. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations are there of firing. 6. Considering that while celebrating new year firing has been made and the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent, as disclosed in paragraph 2 of ( 2026:JHHC:11218 ) -2- A.B.A. No. 1749 of 2026 the supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner and the firing was made on 28.01.2026, whereas, the FIR has been registered on 01.02.2026 and in that view of the matter, the petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned Court within two weeks from today and the learned Court shall release the petitioner on such terms and conditions as the learned Court may deem fit and proper. 7.
