Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2025 in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.153 of 2025, registered under Sections 111 (2)(b), 111(3), 111(4), 319 (2), 318 (4), 338, 336(3), 340 (2) & 61 (2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Sections 66 (B), 66 (C), 66 (D) & 84 (C) of the Information Technology Act, now pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge – II – cum – Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 22.11.2025 and has no criminal antecedent as stated in paragraph 14 of the bail application. He has fairly submitted that one victim could be found out during investigation.
4. The learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail. However, she does not dispute the custody of the petitioner and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
5. To this, the learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that similarly situated co-accused named Santosh Kumar @ Santosh Kumar Yadav, has been enlarged on bail vide order dated 13.03.2026 in B.A. No. 1839 of 2026.
6. Considering the custody of the petitioner and the fact that similarly situated co-accused has been enlarged on bail and further the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the petitioner is

directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees twenty-five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge – II – cum – Special Judge, Cyber Crime Cases, Deoghar in connection with Deoghar (Cyber) P.S. Case No.153 of 2025, on the following conditions: (i) One of the bailors would be the present pairvikar of the petitioner. (ii) The other bailor should be his close relative. (iii) The petitioner will attend the court on each and every date and on account of even single default, the learned court shall cancel the bail bond furnished by the petitioner. (iv) The petitioner will deposit a self-attested copy of his Aadhar Card along with his mobile number before the learned court which he will not change during the pendency of the case without prior permission of the court. (v) The petitioner shall fully co-operate with the proceedings before the learned trial court.
7. The instant application is allowed with the aforesaid conditions.
