The petitioner is an accused in connection with Dhurwa (Hatia) P.S. Case No. 331 of 2025. It has been alleged that the son of the informant was severely assaulted by the accused persons including the petitioner. Submission has been advanced by the learned counsel for the petitioner that with respect to the same occurrence, the petitioner had also instituted a First Information Report. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner had suffered injuries and in fact the allegations seem to be general and omnibus in nature. Learned counsel adds that the petitioner is in custody since 18.12.2025. Learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail of the petitioner and has submitted that the son of the informant had suffered grievous injuries on account of the assault committed by the petitioner and others. Regard being had to the generality of allegations levelled against the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ranchi in connection with Dhurwa (Hatia) P.S.
