On 16.04.2026, time was granted by the respondent to obtain instructions in the matter. On 23.04.2026, the Executive Director, HRTC, was present in Court and had undertaken to comply with the judgment. 3. Today, learned counsel for the respondent has placed on record the consideration order dated 25.04.2026 passed by the Managing Director, HRTC, Shimla, HP and submitted that the judgment passed by this Court stands complied with. 4. Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 25.04.2026 before the competent Court of law. 5.
