K V RAGHU VEER The Court made the following: 2 THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE V.SUJATHA CONTEMPT CASE NO: 5882/2023 ORDER: This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders dated 25.04.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.35140 of 2016, wherein this Court passed the following order: “….In view of the same, instead of keeping this writ petition pending, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition by directing the petitioner to file fresh representation for release of arrears of pension and medical reimbursement of his sister duly enclosing relevant material like medical bills of such claim etc., within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and on filing such application, the respondents are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders treating it as a special case as the petitioner’s sister does not have husband and is issueless, within a period of two (2) weeks thereafter......” 2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that the matter has been settled between the parties as such, no further orders are required in the contempt case.
