It has been pointed out by the learned counsel for the opposite party-State that present petition is not maintainable. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid submission and he submits that he may be permitted to change the bail application into appeal. 4. It is not in dispute that the bail application is otherwise not maintainable. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed as not maintainable. 5. However, liberty is reserved with the petitioner to take appropriate steps in connection with the impugned order as may be permissible in law and dismissal of this bail application will not prejudice the petitioner in any manner whatsoever. 6. It is sufficient to observe that the case was filed before this court on 21.02.2026 and has remained pending. 7.
