1. These instant misc. bail applications have been filed under Section 483 B.N.S.S. by the petitioners Mukesh S/o Mohan Lal and Laxman Lal S/o Shri Dhanraj, aged about 30 years and 31 years respectively, who are behind the bars since 21.01.2026 in connection with the impugned FIR bearing No.33/2026 dated 20.01.2026 registered at Police Station Beawar City, District

2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners and the complainant have been engaged in regular business of sale and purchase of silver from last 4-5 years and no dispute ever arisen between them in the course of trade. Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that even on the last occasion, the petitioners supplied the silver however, the complainant with the intention to commit fraud alleged that no silver had been delivered to them. On account of this, a dispute arose between the petitioners and the complainant, which subsequently took the colour of impugned FIR. However, the petitioners have also lodged an FIR against the complainant bearing No.52/2026 dated 08.03.2026, Police Station Rajnagar, District Rajsamand for the offences under Section 318(4) and 316(2) of B.N.S.. Learned counsel further submitted that the petitioners have no criminal antecedents of any nature and are engaged solely in the business of silver. In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners prayed that the petitioners be enlarged on bail. 4. Learned Public Prosecutor strongly opposed the bail application. 5. Be that as it may. 6. This Court, after considering the impugned FIR, the nature of the allegations, and the fact that the dispute between the parties arises out of their commercial relationship, is of the view that the trial is likely to take a sufficiently long time. The petitioners are behind the bars since 21.01.2026, and after considering the
