P. No.6588/2018, who are arraigned as the accused No.3 and accused No.2 respectively, in the said C.C No.10287/2018, then pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru and presently, pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 447 - 6 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12964 CRL.P No. 6591 of 2018 C/W CRL.P No. 4363 of 2018 CRL.P No. 6588 of 2018 and 504 read with Section 34 of IPC, have sought to quash the proceedings initiated against them in C.C. No.10287/2018. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner(s) has filed a memo stating that in view of the compromise entered into between the appellants in R.F.A No.298/2019 including the common respondent No.2 in Crl. P. No.4363/2018 and Crl.P. No.6588/2018 and the respondent in R.F.A. No.298/2019 / petitioner No.2 in Crl.P No.4363/2018 on 29.04.2025, the parties have settled their disputes amicably and therefore, these petitions may be allowed and the proceedings in Criminal Case Nos. 29217/2017 and C.C. No.10287/2018 pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, be quashed. 4. The memo is taken on record. 5. In view of the memo, all these petitions are allowed and the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioner in Crl. P No.6591/2018 / the accused in C.C. No.29217/2017, then pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru and presently, pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, - 7 - HC-KAR NC: 2026:KHC:12964 CRL.P No. 6591 of 2018 C/W CRL.P No. 4363 of 2018 CRL.P No. 6588 of 2018 Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 341, 354 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 are quashed. Similarly, the criminal proceedings initiated against the petitioners in Crl. P. No.4363/2018 / accused Nos.1 and 4 respectively, in C.C. No.10287/2018 and petitioners in Crl. P No.6588/2018 / accused Nos.3 and 2 respectively, in C.C. No.10287/2018 then pending before the I Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru and presently, pending on the file of the VIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 447 and 504 read with Section 34 of IPC, are quashed. 6.
