This is an application under Section 482 of the BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail in respect of Jogighopa Case No.13/2026. 3. It may be mentioned that police has already filed the charge sheet. 4. Mr. Dutta has agreed that due to misunderstanding of facts, the FIR was lodged. 5. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioner does not deserve to be detained in custody. Therefore, his bail application is allowed. 6. The petitioner Dipjyoti Kalita is directed to appear before the trial court in respect of Special (P) Case No.18(J)/2026 pending in the court of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), North Salmara, Abhayapuri within next 10 (ten) days from today. On his appearance, the petitioner, Dipjyoti Kalita shall be released on bail of ₹25,000/- with a surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (F.T.C.), North Salmara, Abhayapuri.
