At the outset, learned counsel for the respondents submits that orders under the contempt have been complied with as representation submitted by the petitioners have been decided by the order dated 13.04.2026. 2. In reply, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though representation has been decided but it has not been decided in letter and spirit. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the order dated 13.04.2026. 3 4. Today, counsel for respondents has produced order dated 13.04.2026, from which, it appears that District Education Officer, District Bilaspur has decided the representations of the petitioners mentioning that competent Authority to pass order with regard to grievance of the petitioner is Director, Directorate of Public Instructions. 5. Hence, considering the aforesaid contentions and order dated 13.04.2026, the orders under contempt in aforesaid cases have been complied with. Thus, at this juncture, this Court does not find any reason to continue the contempt proceeding. The contempt proceedings are dropped. 6. However, it is observed that if petitioner has any grievance with regard to order dated 13.04.2026 passed by the District Education Officer, Bilaspur, he may take recourse of law. 7.
