The present Contempt Case is filed for non-compliance of the interim order dated 03.11.2025 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30000 of 2025, wherein this Court directed the Respondents to reinstate the Petitioner as Driver and liberty was also given to them to initiate disciplinary action against the Petitioner for the alleged misconduct. 2. Taking note of the non-compliance of the said order, this Court on 06.05.2026 ordered for appearance of Respondent Nos.1 and 2 on 07.07.2026. On 07.07.2026, learned counsel for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 informed this Court that vide Proceedings, dated 04.07.2026 issued by the District Public Transport Officer, APPTD, Annamayya District, Rayachoty, the Petitioner was reinstated into service. However, this Court observed that there is unnecessary delay in compliance of the orders till 07.07.2026. Learned counsel for the Respondents on instructions would submit that 50% of the salary is paid to the Petitioner from the date of interim order i.e., from 03.11.2025 till 07.07.2026. 4 3. In the light of the submissions made, as the interim order passed by this Court in W.P.No.30000 of 2025 is complied with, the Contempt Case is closed. 4. No order as to costs. 5.
