The Station Manager, (Now Designated As Area Marketing Manager) Air India Limited, Airport Road, Sanganer, Jaipur, Rajasthan 302029 2. General Manager (Personnel) Air India Limited, Northern Region, 2Nd Floor, Ai Administration Building, Safdarjung Airport, (Now Igi Airport, Terminal 1B) New Delhi ---Applicants/Respondents 3. Central Government Industrial Tribunal-Cum- Labour Court, Jaipur, D-228, Tulsi Marg, Bani Park, Jaipur. ----Respondents For Applicant : Ms. Sukriti Kasliwal with Ms. Tisha Sharma (through VC) For Non-Applicant : Mr. Utkarsh Dubey (through VC) HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE MR. SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE SANJEET PUROHIT Order 17/04/2026 1. This misc. application has been filed on behalf of the applicant/respondent-Air India Limited, stating that the name of the non-applicant/appellant has now been changed to Bhavana Mukesh Ramani on account of her marriage. It is further submitted that the appellant has not produced any document with regard to such change of name. Therefore, the non-applicant/appellant may be directed to produce the documents regarding change of her name. [2026:RJ-JP:16260-DB] (2 of 2) [WMAP-140/2026] 2. These are not the aspects which this Court is required to examine. These are the departmental issues which the concerned officers of the Air India Limited would look into for the of purpose recording the change of her name as Bhavana Mukesh Ramani. The Court finds that this application appears, prima facie, to delay the process of giving appointment. 3. Learned counsel for the applicant/respondent submits that the application has been filed not for delaying the process but because the Air India Authorities does not recognize her at all. 4. This Court is of the opinion that such approach is not proper. If an affidavit is filed by non-applicant/appellant-Kumari Chandra Alwani about her marriage and consequent change of her name, the same can be a simple method of allowing her to join and thereafter asking her to produce other documents as well. 5. In view thereto, the present misc. application stands disposed of. (SANJEET PUROHIT),J (SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA),ACTING CJ Arjun/1
