Singh, Advocate ------ 2/18.04.2026 The grievance of the petitioner is that the order dated 23.06.2025 passed in ABA No.7458 of 2024 was not communicated to Dhanbad rather the FAX was sent to the Court of Principal District and Sessions Judge, East Singhbhum, Jamshedpur erroneously. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that countersigned copy was sent only in the month of November, 2025 to Dhanbad. As the order was not communicated to Dhanbad within the time stipulated by this Court for appearance of the petitioner, the petitioner could not appear within time. 3. Considering the said submission, I direct the petitioner to appear before Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Dhanbad in connection with C.P. Case No.3481 of 2021 within two weeks from today. 4. On his appearance, the Court below will proceed in terms of the order passed in ABA No.7458 of 2024 dated 23.06.2025. 5. Accordingly, this CrMP is disposed of. 5.
