This petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 21.01.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.306 of 2026. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in A.B.A. No.306 of 2026 the address of both the petitioners has been wrongly typed. He further submits that in view of that, the petitioners have not been able to surrender before the learned Court. According to him, the correct address of the petitioners is rightly typed in the present criminal miscellaneous petition being Cr. M.P. No.391 of 2026, whereas, in A.B.A. No.306 of 2026, the address was wrongly typed. To buttress this argument, he refers to Aadhar Card annexed with the present Cr. M.P. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that from the Aadhar Card, it transpires that the correct address of the petitioners has been disclosed in the present Cr. M.P. 5. In view of the above and considering that inadvertently the address of the petitioners has been wrongly typed in the A.B.A. No.306 of 2026, let the address of the petitioners be read as provided in the present Cr.M.P. ( 2026:JHHC:10294 ) -2- Cr.M.P. No. 391 of 2026 6. In view of the above, the order dated 21.01.2026 passed in A.B.A. No.306 of 2026 is modified to the above effect. 7. Since the said error has occurred due to fault of the learned counsel for the petitioners, two weeks’ further time from today is extended to the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court. 8.
