Nimmagadda Revathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati, learned counsel for the respondents, submit that the present Civil Revision Petition has been filed challenging the order of the Trial Court, in E.A.No.10 of 2016 in E.P.No.62 of 2014 in O.S.No.593 of 1990. 2. Both the learned counsels further submit that the respondents herein had preferred the Second Appeal before this Court challenging the Judgment and decree, dated 27.02.2006, passed in A.S.No.25 of 1999, on the file of Senior Civil Judge, Kovvur, in reversing the judgment and decree, dated 07.04.1999, in O.S.No.593 of 1990, on the file of the I Additional Junior Civil Judge, Kovvur, West Godavari District and the same was disposed of by this Court by an Order, dated 09.03.2026 in S.A.No.66 of 2016, therefore, the cause in this Civil Revision Petition does not survives for adjudication. 3. Recording the said submission, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs. Interim order granted, if any, shall stand vacated.
