1. The present contempt case has been filed for initiating contempt proceeding against the opposite party no. 2 for his wilful and deliberate disobedience of the order dated 19.02.2025 passed in W.P. (C) No. 6498 of 2024.
2. Mr. Amrit Raj Kisku, learned A.C. to G.A.-V refers to the
order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the opposite party No. 2 (Annexure-A to the show cause affidavit dated 20.02.2026) and submits that by passing the said order, the opposite party No. 2 has complied the aforesaid order of this Court.
3. It is further submitted that the opposite party No. 2 has rejected the petitioner’s claim for grant of compensation for the land in question.
4. As against this, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said order passed by the opposite party No. 2 is completely unjustified and illegal.

5. Be that as it may.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering that the opposite party No. 2 has already passed a reasoned order dated 11.11.2025, there is no need to further proceed in the present matter. The contempt proceeding as against the opposite party no. 2 is hereby dropped.
7. The present contempt case stands disposed of.
8. The petitioner is, however, at liberty to take appropriate recourse as permissible under law against the order dated 11.11.2025 passed by the opposite party no. 2.
