In this writ application, the petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to conduct the investigation into Jasidih P. S. Case No. 95 of 2025 in fair and proper manner. Pursuant to the order dated 10.04.2026, a counter affidavit has been filed by the State from which it appears that the investigation is in progress and as per the supervising authority, investigation is being done on certain points.
