Rashidi, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Yogesh Modi, learned AC to A.A.G.-IA. The petitioner has prayed for a direction upon the respondent no. 3 to dispose of M.P. Case No. 145/2016 which has been instituted under Section 145 Cr.P.C. Mr. Yogesh Modi, learned AC to A.A.G.-IA has submitted on instruction that the 145 Cr.P.C. proceedings are pending for almost 10 years on account of the fact that none of the parties are co-operating in the said proceedings. Be that as it may, considering the fact that there has been an inordinate delay in disposing of M.P. Case No. 145/2016, this writ application stands disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 3 to consider and dispose of M.P. Case No. 145/2016 expeditiously and preferably within a period of 04 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. This writ application accordingly stands disposed of.
