Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner has not been paid salary from June 2025 to till date. Petitioner submitted representation in this regard, but the same has not been considered and decided till date, therefore, a direction be issued to respondent No.8 to take decision on representation of petitioner expeditiously within specified time. 3. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing on behalf of respondents would submit that in view of limited prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, he is not having any objection. 4. Heard learned counsel for respective parties and perused the documents annexed along with writ petition. 5. Considering the facts and circumstance of case, nature of grievance raised and submission of learned counsel for respective parties, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.8 to take decision on pending representation of petitioner dated 27.6.2025 in accordance with law expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of the order, keeping in mind letter written by the Sub Divisional Officer (R) Janjgir.
