Petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking following reliefs:- “10.1. That,this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased set aside the impugned order dated 19.05.1993 (ANNEXURE P/1), in the interest of justice. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to grant salary to petitioner till the age of superannuation with other consequential benefits and interest. 10.3 That, any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the costs of the petition may be given.” 2. This writ petition is filed against the order of termination dated 19.05.1993. 3. Considering the fact that this writ petition is filed challenging the order of termination after about more than 30 years, I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition on the ground of delay and latches. 4.
