In the present application, the petitioners seek a direction to the Tahasildar for expeditious disposal of the above proceeding. 4. Having regard to the innocuous prayer, the writ petition is disposed of directing the Tahasildar, Brahmagiri to dispose of the BCP Proceeding Case No.03 of 2023 at an early date, preferably within a period of three months from today. 5.
