It is submitted by Mr. Sarma, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam that the case has already been charge-sheeted, vide Charge-Sheet No. 41/2026 dated 24.04.2026. In that context, Mr. Alam, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are behind the bars for last 79 days and considering their length of detention, the prayer may be considered. As the case has already been charge-sheeted, the accused petitioners are hereby directed to appear before the learned Trial Court below with a regular bail application, which may be considered in accordance with law.
