The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the lands acquired have not been utilized by the Government. That apart, enhanced compensation also has not been paid. 3. Merits cannot be re-adjudicated in a review petition. This Court has considered all these grounds and granted liberty to the petitioners to approach the competent Authorities/ Forum seeking enhancement of compensation. Instead of filing appropriate petition before the competent Forum seeking enhancement, the petitioners have chosen to file the present Review Applications for considering the grounds raised on merits or otherwise. Liberty has already been granted by this Court, which would be sufficient for the petitioners to seek enhancement of compensation in the manner known to law. That apart, the petitioners have not established any error apparent, warranting interference for invoking review jurisdiction. 3. Consequently, the Review Applications are dismissed. No costs.
