From the communication dated 21.01.2026, it appears that Respondent No.2 has already issued Shalarth ID to the petitioners, however, yet the draft is not ready and therefore their salary is due. 3. The authority who is competent to prepare the draft may be Respondent No.2 or Respondent No.3, are directed to Narwade 2026:BHC-AUG:39033-DB *2* 60-wp-10693-2026 prepare the draft and upload it within a period of eight (8) weeks from today. 4. After the draft is uploaded all the arrears of salary and consequential benefits be conferred to the petitioners within a period of six (6) weeks thereafter. 5.
